About Me

My name is Jeremy Williams, and I am from the upstate of South Carolina. My career as a creative marketing professional has its roots in high school – when I joined the school yearbook and newspaper staff. These publications were the first opportunity to grow my skills in photography and layout. During college, I kept honing these skills as I joined the North Greenville University yearbook staff and served as editor and photo editor for a few years. Shortly after college, I began adding digital marketing skills to my repertoire after joining the marketing team at the Peace Center as the digital media manager.

My time at the Peace Center is where my skills were honed and developed to where they are today. From database migration projects to analytics, from website development to email marketing, and from multichannel marketing campaigns to focused-specific messaging, I was able to be involved with many different projects and help in print production, digital production, communications, and more.

I even developed a passion for mental health and helping others during this time and returned to school to get a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University, and served as a clinician for a couple of years before returning full-time to marketing.

Outside of my career, I enjoy advocating for mental health, spending time in the mountains, playing games, reading books, learning new skills, enjoying time with family and friends, watching movies and tv shows, and tinkering.
