The Staff Portal is an internal site for Peace Center staff and volunteers to use to find information about their benefits, upcoming events, fellow staff members, and department structure. Designed to help new staff members get introduced to the company quickly, this site was also for existing staff to keep up with staffing updates and an easy place to access all of their important information.
The site itself was developed using a custom-built WordPress theme and used plugins to manage security and dynamic access for users based on their role in the company. Features include dynamic messaging and site navigation, search functionality, resource categories, department structures, staff listing, bios, photos, and an easy-to-use backend workflow.
Since the site itself requires a login to use, example screenshots are below to demonstrate the overall look and feel of the Staff Portal.
